When I open ASC5 (paid version) it says bad image error. No other software I've ever used has ever had an error like this. I can open the toolbox, but not the quick care or deep clean. I tried downloading the program again and it just kept giving me the same message. It had been working fine before. I contacted tech support and they can't seem to help me.
