Automatically 'downgraded' to the Free version from the Pro version

I have been fortunate since January to be benefiting from a special six month trial of the Pro version of ASC, until recently the update of ASC 'downgraded' it to the Free version. Can someone advise me how to get the Pro version re-instated? I have pretty much made up my mind to invest in the paid Pro edition by now, but I think it will be appreciated that I want to continue the trial until it expires.

 

Further, are IObit products priced in GB pounds sterling as well as in dollars? and is there advice on the procedure for paying from the UK? I do have a Pay Pal account for example.

Please send your six month trial license code of ASC Pro to the email support4@iobit.com, so that we can further look into it.

 

When you pay IObit programs, you can change the language and monetary unit in the top right of the order page.
