    I bought a license for Smart Defrag Pro and just before confirming that order I saw a checkmark next to the box for auto renewal that I could NOT remove. So this is how you bind customers to you? Sorry but these kind of practises are deplorable! I managed to cancel the auto renewal in my account of 2checkout but after this experience I would rather pirate your software than buy it.

    You can untick the auto renewal service when you purchase. Or you can log in your account to cancel it or write to us directly so that we can cancel the auto renewal service for you. Have you cancelled it? If not, please send me your purchasing Email or order reference by PM and I will cancel it for you.
