I cannot install "advance-systemcare-setup" with MalwereBites turned on in realtime. Even putting the exception in real time, the antivirus continues to detect and eliminate the Advance Care program. Something is wrong with the Advance Care Sistem.

I can't install the program because my MalwereBites antivirus detects virus in the program. If I turn off MalwereBites I can install it but after turning on the antivirus again it detects the virus again! How to proceed?
