  1. Using Software Health, I scanned my Win10 computer. It found and fixed a large numbers of issues. However, it found but failed to remove 4 instances of this program. See attached log of the process that worked, after a lot of failed efforts, corrupting (then reinstalling) Office 21 etc Searching Google, I found a MS community post, which enabled me to identify then delete 7 instances of the relevant Installer packages. Apparently >2000 people also found this solution useful, so it is not a rare problem. Then Uninstaller 13 managed to delete the 4 programs it identified. But the point of paying IObit is to save me an hour or more work finding a solution and messing up my system in the meantime. UninstallOffice16Click.txt
  2. I wish to delete an obsolete Adlock program, which was listed in the start menu and on my desktop. Uninstaller did not list it as a program in All Programs, but I eventually found Force Uninstall+ (not sure what the + means, I think it is meaningless, just a waste of space. Perhaps it should be -). I copied the address of the shortcut in the Start folder into the dialog box of Force Uninstall+ and ran the program which went very quickly with no registry etc scan. It deleted the icon from the desktop, but not from the start menu listing or the start folder listing. So. What does Force Uninstall+ do? Has it removed all traces, except the shortcut? Or has it left behind everything in registry etc, except the desktop listing? PS. It would be most useful if this dialog box could be sent to my email server where it can be filed with my other computer system activities. MS and others provide this service.
  3. Malware Fighter takes up a lot of the computer's RAM. It is not listed in Startup yet appears to start with no authorisation from me. If I delete it in Task Manager, it is still running using 14% CPU and 400 MB RAM. How do I control the starting and use by MF of my computer. If I cannot reduce this load, I shall remove it. PS the un/pw I thought I had do not work.
