If in the coming period you do not make your billing service transparent, make it possible for users to have their own account on your site where they can have a clear insight into how future billing will be done, whether it will be charged and the possibility to simply turn it off - I will never use your software again and I will do my best to let as many Youtube and web reviewers to know how you are doing.
