Your screenshots are too small to be viewed closely.

 

ASC and Ccleaner are both excellent softwares for cleansing. You can never depend on one software to clean everything. Both ASC and Ccleaner are in my arsenal along with some others... what one misses the other gets.:mrgreen:

 

So my answer to your question:

Is both of the above plus some.
