Hi I'm a new boy and need your help please

Recently my PC has refused to open-up at my selected Homepages.

This is on initial boot-up and there-after (XP, Google chrome).

I have the correct settings on Chrome.

 

Is it possible that there is some specific setting on my Advanced system care 5 (pro) which is affecting this setting?

 

I would be very grateful for any suggestions.

sounds more like a malware problem than ASC, pop over to the malware removal section and follow the instructions there.
