Hello...Using Smart Defrag & Optimize everything goes well until it starts optimizing. Once it reaches a cache file it seems to freeze. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Still doesn't work. I can't figure out if something is wrong with the program or my computer. Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.

defrag & optimize

 

When using defrag & optimize all is running fine until it is in the optimize stage. It starts off ok and then freezes when it reaches a cache file. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling program. That didn't help. Using Windows XP. Can't figure out if something is wrong with the program or my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
