Speed up browsing by disabling the add-ons that you don't want

 

This add-on increases the time it takes to start the browser, open a new tab or navigate to websites by an average of .40 seconds

 

Tell me when the delay caused by add-ons exceeds (default is .20) seconds.

 

You can get ride of the IE9 pop-up by increasing the time to warn to greater than the delay time caused by ASC Browser Protect.

However, the point is that the delay is greater than the IE9 default time.

 

Avast AIS 7 "WebRep" shows a delay time of only .15 seconds which is within the IE default time.

 

Note: I posted this here because I am using ASCU. However it appears that ASCU uses ASC Browser Protect hence the name in the thread title.
