Use AWC to resolve computer shutdown issues

Recently, I tried 5 antivirus product including AVG, Norton2009, PCTools AntiVir, Avast and Avria AntiVir, finally a big problem occured. When I try to restart or shutdown computer in WindowsXP, I have to wait for about 5-10 minutes till it performs. I'm not sure about which program caused this problem, but I managed to resolve it by AWC.

 

The System Optimization module detected 2 problems, one is related to a system service, the other one is the setting of Application Timeout Handle. I'm sure that it has something to do with the second setting, then I repair this issue and restart my computer.

 

The second time when I login WindowsXP, I found that the problem has been fixed! If anyone has the same problem, you can try this way.
