Can't Open Malware Fighter

I can't open Malware Fighter. My computer is stalling and I have had to reboot umpteen times. Also, when I click on a link I get: Navigation Canceled several times before the website comes up. Also I get 0x80070021 error: process cannot access file because another process has locked a portion... It has been a nightmare opening websites and applications and my computer is very slow and hangs continuously. Pls help.

I see you are using Avast, the first thing I would do is look to see if Avast is blocking any part of IObit Malware Fighter.

 

Also, you could try a Clean Uninstall & Install of IObit Malware Fighter

Remember, a PC needs to have only on security software installed. having more than one would pose some issues in the long run.
