Hi All

If you want to check your BMI you can use the attached file to make it easy.

I have set in my current weight, but I want to add that I am very muscular. :-)

This is the official gradation for BMI (the height in second power)

 

Below 18.5 Underweight

18.5 – 24.9 Normal

25.0 – 29.9 Overweight

30.0 and Above Obese

by the way the Asian upper limit to "normal" is 23 :-)
