Minor problems

Hi

I think Advanced WindowsCare FREE edition is brilliant, but I have stumbled across 2 problems...

 

After using the latest version of Advanced WindowsCare on Windows XP Home Edition, I have encountered 2 minor problems:

 

1) After running this program, the menus in all programs now show a white colour on the top of the menus instead of just showing the menu item on a grey background.

 

2) The mouser pointer shows a shadow. Reducing the number of visual effects improves Windows performance, not increasing them with things like mouse shadows.

 

I hope these issues can be fixed, especially issue 1) as that is really weird.

Hi Tester

You can get rid of the white colour in the menus by going into screen settings/apperance and refreshing the setting use XP layout.

It crops up by me too once in a while.

You are welcome.

I haven't figured out yet what causes it, I can run AWC and now ASC sometimes many times - and then suddenly the white in the menues appear, - not in all programs by me though.

But it is easy to mend and it only comes once in a while, so I haven't researched it very thoroughly. :-)
