ChkDsk Does Not Work With Smart Defrag v3

Just noticed when I decided to run a ChkDsk on my computer that it no longer works when I reboot.

Before SD3 "No ChkDsk Scheduled, or Default".

 

In the registry this key is set like this by default.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

 

BootExecute- autocheck autochk *

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before SD3 "ChkDsk Scheduled, and Works".

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

 

BootExecute- autocheck autochk *autocheck autochk * /r\DosDevice\C:

------------------------------------------------------------------------

After SD3 installed "ChkDsk Not Scheduled Default".

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

 

BootExecute- autocheck autochk * SmartDefragBootTime.exe

------------------------------------------------------------------------

After SD3 installed "ChkDsk Scheduled, and Fails".

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

 

BootExecute-autocheck autochk /p\??\C: autocheck autochk*SmartDefragbootTime.exe

If I completely uninstall SD3 and schedule the "ChkDsk" it will work again!

as far as I know I ran chkdsk.exe yesterday and it worked as it always does.
