Skin editor for ASC 7.1

Can we us the same skin editor which is used for ASC 7 for ASC 7.1 too or is there a different tool ???????:?::?::?::?:

Problem with ASC 7 skin editor

When I create a skin using ASC 7 skin editor the Xmas skin becomes unavailable for use.......

Solution. Copy xmas.rcc to any other folder, then create a skin called xmas without changing anything using skin editor. Then you try to copy the xmas.rcc you copied at first to skins folder of ASC 7. There will be no preview but the skin will work. Tested.
