I am getting very bad service from Iobit

Am I the only person who is receiving appalling service from Iobit?

I ordered and paid for AWC Pro 2 through element 5 in Germany.

I extended my order on 8 September 2008 and it should expire on 8 September 2009.

However, when I updated my AWC Pro v 2.09 Iobit downloaded ASC V3 and demanded a money payment for it!!!

 

I have contacted element 5 who emailed Iobit as follows:

 

We have just received communication from a customer, Tom Whyte -

element 5 reference number 227781145 - who needs your assistance.

 

His order was made on the 8 September 2008. (Your internal order

#26815), therefore his product should be active until next 8 September

2009.

 

Could you please contact the customer as soon as possible in order to

clarify the matter?

 

I have received NO RESPONSE from Iobit to this and have had NO USE of my paid for subscription for 2 weeks!!

 

Messages I send to Iobit are ignored or responded to by mechanical responses.

 

I was very happy with AWC Pro - I would probably be very happy with ASC Pro 3, but the service I have received from Iobit on this is APPALLING and not what I would expect from this company.

 

Is anyone else getting this sort os service and if so, what can I do to get my ASC Pro 3 from Iobit to complete my subscription??
