Hi,

I have a couple of entries in the Utilities-Admin Tools-Startup Manager list that I want to delete but after I do and close the Startup Manager windows when I go back in there the deleted entries are still in the list...is this a known bug?

I'm using Advanced System Care PRO v 3.0.0

let me guess

Hi WebMaximus-what are the items? If one of them is ctfmon or ctfmon.exe, don't bother,Windows will just keep regenerating that pest forever-so,let me know what's coming back-not likely this is a bug

:lol: Close but not quite right, the items I can't get rid of is cthelper and asioreg but guess it's the same things with those that Windows regenerates them...strange though since when looking under 'Run' in the Registry they are not there...

That's weird,

I am on a MAC comp. away from home now, can not repeat it on this one, and I will come back to you if some one does not reply soon enough.

Cheers.

OK, I am on a windows PC now.

When you open the Startup Manager, the "Apply" button is greyed out and not active.

But, can you confirm me that, when you click on a startup item on the right pane, and click on "Disable Item" on the left pane, the "Apply" button is still greyed out and not active?

Please aso confirm, if in the mean time, check in the checkbox of that startup item is unchecked, and "Disable Item" has a green check sign infront of it automatically.

Cheers.
