Folder/file removal

i have an Packard Bell XP ,my prob is .. start menu/all progames there is a folder i cannot remove.. i have tried to delete it ,(rightclick delete) also tried to remove by putting it in the dustbin.. it didn't work.. its a folder from WOW and it shows its extension also displays (empty).. i connot remove it.. is this fixable?

Yes, but please elaborate what is WOW (game of World of Warcraft?) and when you right click on it what the Properties show. A screenshot will be better.

 

After beeing sure that it is not necessary, try using free Unlocker 1.87 to delete it, which is downloadable from here .

OH MY God..thankyou very much for the unlocker ..you have no idea how grateful i am to that little prog ya gave me..it got rid of it extremely quickly... now i can reinstall World of Warcraft..Thankyou again for the very quick responce and your help with this rather annoying little probrem.. :-))

Dont know if the unlocker is on trial or not, but using Hijack this, you can delete a file on reboot by clicking on the misc tools. Simple and free. And yea, Enoskype is awesome.
