Computer blocks

After starting, the computer blocks a while until the intenet connexion is established.

 

How can I resolve this problem ?

Hi Alex-Are you running Iobit's registry cleaner or defragmenter?Need to know a bit more about your system to help you out-what do you mean by blocks?-It's slow connecting?-About how many seconds til your browser opens,or how long from your log-in til your desktop comes up?Please get back with your OS(operating system-Win NT,XP,Vista)and your level of computer experience-need to know so we can plan an attack-Happy Holidays
