Access is denied in Task Scheduler

Recommended Posts

Installed SD in late Nov. I set the schedule to once a week. I assumed it would run as set. I checked today and found it had not run in over a month. I checked Vista Task Scheduler and found that "Access is denied".

Question - How do I give task scheduler access to run on a schedule?

Thanks for any help.

Hi CRGibson

Could you provide some screenshots (3) of your settings?

Cheers

Sorry for the delay - was out of town.

I deleted SD from Task Scheduler and tried using Smooth Program Scheduler. It seems to be working in as much as if I start SD I can see that "C" was defraged on schedule. I am going to take my other programs off Vista's TS and go to the new program.

Thanks for your help.
