This is my current Opera layout.

 

It's hard to achieve perfection, but:

I have used "Paint" to clarify the icon identities on some of my Speed Dial icons, but does anyone know how to either relable these icons or remove the labelling altogether?

Only way that I've found is to save as 1)Bookmark, 2)Manage Bookmark, 3)Right Click Entry, 4)Select Properties, & Change Name from there. Can drop and drag from bookmarks to speed dial. Think you can just overlay to replace entries. seems a ton to do, but is only way found so far for me.

Yes, I can rename the icon doing that, but once it's dragged onto Speed Dial the old label still shows.
