My Start Menu 8 changed languages to an Arabic language, how do I change back to English?

Hi,

I recently reinstalled Start Menu 8 which for some unknown reason changed languages from English to an arabic language. I have tried by trial and error to change the language back to English with no success, can anyone help. Thank you.
