Hello, This is a clip that states that, (Smart Defrag doesn’t just use simple defragmentation. It also streamlines your file system, places the frequently used files and directories into the fastest area of the disk, enabling your computer to run at top speed with the most stability. )

 

When it was running it did not move the files to the fastest area, and it said that it didn't. The frequently used files, blue blocks were scattered all over the screen. Does anyone know how to get it to do what it said it would do?
