Sami- By checking the [b['Volume'[/b] box which is located above all of the boxes listed for the individual drives that Smart Defrag has access to on your computer it will automatically select all of the drives for the level of defragmentation and optimization you have chosen.

auto defrag

 

Since I only have one drive,I can't say for sure,but I would suspect that the settings chosen for the manual defrag would be executed in the auto mode.Best way is to give it a try.Check the volume box and then two or more drives(as in Maxxwire's screenshot)then select analyze.Note the results,fire up the auto function, let it run an hour, more or less,and then reanalyze those drives to see if the stats have improved.If they have,it works,Might be quicker than waiting for the definitive answer in the meantime. ;-)
