"Fast" Optimise saying 8 hours!

using the new 1.10 version and thought I would try the fast optimise. I stopped it when it was saying it would take 8 hours to complete! Is that normal? Do I just leave my PC on all day?

The timing doesn't work correctly.

There are several posts about it in the forum.

Doesn't matter much, - if your disk isn't too heavily fragmented it will take 5-10 minutes regardless of what the timer says.

You are welcome. The question was easy to answer.

Some are more complicated, and can cost some research time, and the response is then slower of course.

Most of us in the forum are just other users - me too.
