ASCPro update messages

Hi all

 

This is my first thread and I would like some info on why I keep getting an "update is available message" for my paid up ASCPro v:3.1.1 and when I click on update I am taken to the download page for AWCare free download and AWC Pro download, should I download the new version of ASCPro 3.1.2?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
