Is it possible to start Smart defrag from the command line?

If so what are the available switches?

I want to set this up to optimize different disks on different days. Easy to do with task scheduler IF there are command line options for disk, method, and so forth.

I haven't used or checked this feature recently

Take a look in your options and try the scheduler options there.
