The system uses a 10.5 inch monitor with 640 x 480 resolution.

resolution can not be changed.

So i am unable to see the entire screen.

This is a new install to the sytem.

Hi johnob

Isn't it possible to choose a lower display percentage in the lower right hand corner of the window?

Cheers

Hello solbjerg

The system will not allow a change to the resolution but all other programs will adjust widow size and are legible, as you can see in the screen shot, I do not get a complete window. The right side and the bottom are missing.

Hi johnob

I am sorry - I did not make it clear that I was talking about the zoom function

Try taking a look at this setting (zoom) in Internet Explorer settings in the control panel.

Cheers

Hi johnob

You could try to change the DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings (default usually 96)

desk.cpl in Run - the tab Settings and then the button Advanced.

Cheers
