Language File of ASC 3.3

Hello, there is new english language file for the coming ASC v3.3 that will be available next week. If you have free time, you can translate it into your locate language, so we can place it in the next version. Thanks in advantage.

 

There are 3 new tools, the language section for them is in the bottom part of the whole language file.
