i have try the the new 2.41 version of the profesional of ADVANCED WINDOWSCARE, but it will not scan the system analyse.is there a bug.

Updated with no problems. Now recognizes my video card correctly as an X1800GTO instead of an X1900 variant.

Try to set "SafeMode=1" in Main.ini and then have a test.

AWC beta

 

I would like to try the new beta version, but as for the personal one, windows tell me it cannot open it, it is corrupted. I tried then the pro one, and I cannot set it up without uninstalling my previous version of AWC, the one I use all the time. The one I have was a beta 2 version, a lot nicer than the final one, because it lets me dcide what I use the comp for ( speed VS comfort ) and other stuff. I do not want to uninstall it. Any suggestions?

Sometimes because of the slow, busy connections, setup files can be downloaded as corrupted. It is advisable to use a download manager such as Getright.

They verify the downloaded files during and after downloading.

You can install and use Personal and Pro in parallel.

 

If you want to use te new Pro version, you have to uninstall the old one for the AWC program to work flawlessly.
