Analyzing Problem

Hi, I have recently installed Smart Defrag on my PC running Win XP64. When I try to defrag or optimise, it starts to analize then stops at 51%. I have tried uninstall/re-install and same problem. Also, it does not stop at the same file everytime, just at 51%. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Could be an install problem, in which case a clean install may help

Could also be that your computer has to little free space available (min. 15%)

or it may be that you have very large picture or video files on your computer.

Finally it may be extremely fragmented - how long since you defragmented it last?

Please try the build-in Windows defragmenter to see if that works.
