Why do Iobit not respond as they promised online in two days?

They have not responded to me for more than a week now. I have contacted they more than once.

 

Why when I go online to the web sites (at least  some web sites) do I keep getting 404, a site not recognized.

For what I thought were in the main good products, some better than others I am now hesitant to purchasing anything from Iobit, given they simply cannot keep their word by contacting me back.

As has been said to  me delete their products and make it know that they must be doubtful if they cannot contact back.

Also, some false reading with Advanced System Care. This product does not always do what it is meant to do.
