Ran ASC Junk File Cleaner - 30.62MB files found. Selected Repair - created backup file message appears. Go To Restore function and cannot locate backup file just created. Where does this file exist?

Junk files are not included in the back-up.If you go to>Options>Back-up,or Restore Center>Settings,you'll see the items that are included.

Thanks for the reply. It would appear that ASC program is putting out a false message by saying that it is creating a backup.

It's not really a false message,rather a "partial" back-up.The settings are clear as to what data will be "backed up". Perhaps in a future release,more will be included in the back-up feature.Checking the box for "Create a Restore Point at Start up of Everyday" is a good way to cover your bases for now.
