I want to restore at the "disk cleaner" and I have an error! please help!!

I want to restore in the utility "disk cleaner". AT the end of restoring, I see an error window - "access violation at adress 00000000" so I cant restore. I have to restore it's about a very serious problem so please help!!!

yea, at the "disk cleaner" software

 

yea, at the "disk cleaner" software I had an option to erase backup files. I don't think it erased the Disk cleaner backup files but I don't know if you meant that ..

GaNiv-Go to your ASC folder and open it up-look to the upper left for the Back-up folder and see what's in it.

It's empty!

 

It's empty but I did a restore of the ASC and it's ok.. *strange*

Hi GaNiv,

 

There is olso another folder for backups of Repair of ASC.

C:\Documents and Settings\{User Name}\Application Data\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Backup

Hidden files should be shown in Folder Options to reach that folder and see the registry files.

I found the "disk cleaner"'s backup file

 

The Backup file is in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\{User Name}\Application Data\IObit\DiskCleaner\backup

The File's name is: backup.zlib
