Hi BoomZKung

That could look like the program is partly blocked from running by the security on your computer.

I guess a clean install would help.

Please read about it here:

The post Install-Uninstall-Reinstall- (mostly I think)

Hi BoomZKung

Do you mean that you have downloaded the program again to a folder and unblocked it?

That you have uninstalled the program and deleted the folder?

And then installed the new downloaded unblocked program?

And then you still get this non-responsive button situation?

Hi Kung

Right click > properties > i can't find remove blocking --"

This command is only present in a freshly downloaded program in the downward right handed corner.

Well first uninstall the program, then delete the folder C:programs/Iobit/ Advanced System Care

Download the program from the official site

Remove the blocking

Install the program.

If that doesn't do it, I think you should run a virus scan.

Hi Kung

You shouldn't give out your e-mail like that.

Perhaps in a personal mail to IObit to have them check it or PM Tim Zue.

I cannot do anything about it - I am a user just like you.

Well Kung

Did you run a scan before it came to work like that?

Or did it just start up like that?

Have you tried "let windows choose the best settings for your computer"?

Are you from the Seychelles? Or Azerbaijan? The emirats?

You could try a completely fresh install again - and this time try the extra option too - to clean the registry with another registry cleaner - and throw in a restart of the computer, to be absolutely sure that it isn't the install that is wrong.

Another possibility is to go back to before you installed the program in the Windows restore facility.

Hi Kung

You mean that the user interface was "hung up" and that refreshing it solved the problem?

Congratulation!! :-)

Funny that it was just that little thing :-)
