Application Error

Ive prviously had Advanced System Care (FREE) running on my pc, now everytime I load the software it reports an application error. Ive unninstalled and reinstalled the software twice.

Exception EListError in module vcl70.bpl at 00041116.

Failed to delete tab at index 0.

What I would do is uninstall it then delete the folder in your program files then reinstall it to see it works then. If you dont delete the folder there are things left behind from your previous installment.
