AWC 3.3.3 upgrade gone wrong

When I upgraded to the latest version of 3.3.3 from download.cnet.com

mcafee detected a trojan exploitobscurehtml, but the upgrade still went thru.

I tried to remove AWC and reinstall but when i try and remove it the file that

mcafee delted which was unins000.msg is missing, so I cant remove AWC.

Has anyone had this issue with new version.

Now im afraid that AWC may not be clean

I just updated also, through autoupdate. My Prevx or ESET did NOT detect anything, so its clean. Did you try to uninstall in safe mode? Deactivate your virus program and get it a try.

Most probably a false positive

I think that if it isn't enoskype would have posted back quickly.

He is using Mcafee himself.
