Some questions

Running a system care in manual mode, for system optimizations, brings up some interesting options. Two of these are 

Optimize the boot sector automatically to speed up the boot time 

and

optimize the refresh strategy of windows file list

There are other options present, but I'll start with these two.

I can't find any detailed info about anything.
