PUA threat IOB Uninstaller PRO update

Recently received update automatically downloaded, but Avira Antivirus SW blockes as a PUA threat. Can't see exact version, as Icannot run the Uninstaller  since the exe file is blocked. Last renewal was October 29, 2022 of licence version 11. Any suggestions?
