Removing Office 16 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component, or not

Using Software Health, I scanned my Win10 computer. It found and fixed a large numbers of issues.  However, it found but failed to remove 4 instances of this program. See attached log of the process that worked, after a lot of failed efforts, corrupting (then reinstalling) Office 21 etc

Searching Google, I found a MS community post, which enabled me to identify then delete 7 instances of the relevant Installer packages.  Apparently >2000 people also found this solution useful, so it is not a rare problem.

Then Uninstaller 13 managed to delete the 4 programs it identified.

But the point of paying IObit is to save me an hour or more work finding a solution and messing up my system in the meantime.
