Internet Booster - Cannot Create Directories

I just bought the pro today.

 

I cannot get the program Internet Booster to run cause I get a access violation then cannot create directory when I first start the Internet Booster, The when I click optimize it say

 

Cannot create file "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 3\%USERPROFILE%\APPDATA\Roaming\IObit\InternetBooster\LastSetBandwidth.ib". The system could not find the path specified.

I would try a clean install - there is a description of what a clean install means in our terminology in Usage of IObit Products in the lounge section (one of the first posts)
