Defrag doesn't change anything

Whether I use the "Defrag Only" or "Fast Optimize", the program acts as if it is defragging, but nothing changes. I have attached a pic of the "Report" at the end. My system starts with 24% defragmented files and ends with the same 24%. How can I get my system defragged?

How much free space do you have left on the drive? I think you need 10-15% free for SD to operate.Try going into Options and uncheck the box for "Skip files larger than 100MB"
