Trojn.Agent.EMNK threat found

I woke up to this notice notice this morning and went ahead and had the threat quarantined. Apparently, it's got potential to infect files, install backdoors, steal private information and more. Since Malware fighter found this issue, can I be confident that the problem was caught before damage was done?
