Strange Camera Operation

This is a strange one.
After updating my drivers (~80), the Camera App on my Galaxy laptop computer no longer works.  However, when I try to use the Camera App, it activates the camera on my connected Galaxy Z-Fold 4 phone.
Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix this?

PS. When I tried to enter this on the IoBit Feedback form it sent me to a blank page.
