Partially Obscured Display

Recommended Posts

When I open ASC (17.6.0.32) in Windows 10 Pro to perform a scan, the window opens and displays properly, but after running, the displayed window becomes partially obscure by a black immovable box.  I've tried refreshing it, but it does not change. I've closed and reopened it, but it comes back the same way. The only fix I found was to kill the process and then restart it.

Hi

Sorry for that.

The new version ASC 18 final is out. Please try the new version to check again. You can download the new version from the page https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare.html

If the issue persists, please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to us via the email address feedback@iobit.com.

Thank you.
