Discontinue automatic subscriptions

I have an ASC 17 Pro on my Windows-based PC.

On Oct 9, 2024 I received the below message fro iOBIT:

"Your Advanced SystemCare 17 PRO (1 year subscription / 1 PC) Subscription will renew soon.

We will charge you $19.99 automatically on 15th October 2024 to renew your subscription. 
If your payment information has changed, please update it now.

Visit to update payment information

If you need help with your IObit subscription, please contact us on paddle.net or reply to this email."

SINCE MY INTENTION IS TO DISCONTINUE THIS SUBSCRIPTION, I WANTED TO STOP THE AUTOMATED PAYMENTS...

BUT, FOR MY GREATEST SURPRISE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHIN YOUR WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is this possibble???

I DEMAND (!!!) that you will immediately cancel this unwanted renewal from my account (which will be deleted forever after closing this issue).

WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS A SCANDAL! SHAME ON YOU!!!
