Expired License

The other day i came across a free six month free license for systemcare it was raymond cc etc. the problem is it was out of date and now i have a pro version that has expired and i cant get back to a trial version. i have tried reinstalling and deleting the registry to no avail. is there any way i can resolve this ?

have you gone to windows explorer and deleted the iobit folder under programe files, then used windows search for "iobit" and deleted any files it finds. Also when you deleted the reg keys did you check all the hives.

when program opens hit skip button to use free.

thanks , i have tried all of the above however i get a message saying unable to delete all specific values.......WTF!! presumably "all the hives are in the 10bit reg file

Hi comprendre

Did you manage to delete the folder? Or was that blocked? If so close down all automatic functions in the program and the program itself and try again.

Did you try to delete the "License.dat" file in the ASC folder?

Thanks for the advice have fixed it now.can i be informed of any free licences in future i miss having the exlusive features lit up green!!!
