Should I Delete These Damaged DPF's With ASC?

I just found out I have some 'damaged' and 'not available' DPF's on my system and I want to know if it is safe to delete them using ASC. I don't know what the windows update one is or if it's something critical that I need. Windows update seems to work fine when I use it so I don't know why that one says damaged. I hope it's not something major.

Looks like IE cache to me-send it to the recycle bin,and run a couple days-no problems,delete them
