Smart Defrag Freeze Up

I am having a problem with defrag giving me an error message. When I run the defrag, regardless of defrag only or optimize, the program stops everytime it gets to file labeled "c:\I386\hform.xsl". Has anyone else run into this problem? Thoughts?

Nothing specific for that file, but freezing at a certain file.

 

Please list the options that you are using with SD together with your OS type.

I just tried attaching the 'bug report' but apparently, it is too big. I'm using XP Pro. Looking at the bug report, it appears the problem is 'Access violation at address 10001320 in module 'NtfsData.dll'. Read of address 028CE2CF'. The report looks like Greek to me, but that is listed under 'exception'. I am using all the standard settings on SD.

Try zipping the report before attaching it.
